Most times in this ‘growing season’ I’m still awed by what I don’t know. Seeing the Big Picture emerging on how all of humanity play their roles. Like puzzle pieces we come together revealing a collage that reflects the face of The Almighty.
I am not going to make “The Big Mistake” that most do; thinking that somehow ‘my game’ is above anothers. I pray that others; ‘high, in-between and low’ will re-evaluate their thinking: We are all equal on the Grand Scheme of things, although some may be more honored than others at this present time. Do not begrudge them this.
For, “the First will be last and the Last will be first….” Selah.
Keep doing your work….Yes, I know that most of us Warriors have had to ‘change course’ to be more effective, but the past works of research and reporting did wake many up to the delusions of this world. I am not asking to forget what we fought so hard for: JUSTICE and TRUTH. “First things First” for the well-being of the Country and World. “For all things will come into the Light!”
But, I am asking that before the 7th Trumpet blows that you ‘trim back’ and see how you fit into this new course that we are heading in. Yes, KEEP what you know and broadcast according to your conscience. But, first and foremost: get ready. I cannot say this with enough urgency. Yes you must change first, for all humanity receives at different times and some will never change; but that is not a burden that you should carry.

Seeds of Change
As I minister in the streets I find most are aware. From the auto shops, barber shops, educated, illiterate to the “street corner prophet” or Ned the Wino. We must continue to report in the Spirit of Love and with Grace. What I mean is that ’some things’ must be put on the back-burner. We ‘know’ what this “Worldly System” is about, but we must encourage those that promote peace and well-being and not stagnate ourselves with things that would hinder and not promote spiritual growth. Use your own discretion.
I know that many think that this New Administration is a trick to lull us back to sleep and set us up. This is not what I believe. I do not believe that all persons of intelligence, leadership abilities and common sense are that dull not to “know”. Most think that many ‘cannot’ handle these Hard Truths and some people ‘just don’t want to know’! Too many prayers, confessions of wrong/repentance and praise has gone out. YahWeh has answered so that you will have a time of respite to recognize His Movements in the Earth and be ready to receive. The “delusion” will come after the Two Witnesses [The Kachinas] come on the World Scene; the enemy of our souls want you have your thoughts on the dark side and not “see” Them.

John Wesley’s Explantory Notes– Php 4:5 “Let your gentleness - Yieldingness, sweetness of temper, the result of joy in the Lord. Be known - By your whole behaviour. To all men - Good and bad, gentle and froward. Those of the roughest tempers are good natured to some, from natural sympathy and various motives; a Ch-istian, to all. The L-rd - The judge, the rewarder, the avenger. Is at hand - Standeth at the door.
Php 4:6 - Be anxiously careful for nothing - If men are not gentle towards you, yet neither on this, nor any other account, be careful, but pray. Carefulness and prayer cannot stand together. In every thing - Great and small. Let your requests be made known - They who by a preposterous shame or distrustful modesty, cover, stifle, or keep in their desires, as if they were either too small or too great, must be racked with care; from which they are entirely delivered, who pour them out with a free and filial confidence. To G-d - It is not always proper to disclose them to men. By supplication - Which is the enlarging upon and pressing our petition. With thanksgiving - The surest mark of a soul free from care, and of prayer joined with true resignation. This is always followed by peace. Php 4:8 - Finally - To sum up all. Whatsoever things are true - Here are eight particulars placed in two fourfold rows; the former containing their duty; the latter, the commendation of it. The first word in the former row answers the first in the latter; the second word, the second and so on. True - In speech. Honest - In action. Just - With regard to others. Pure - With regard to yourselves. Lovely - And what more lovely than truth? Of good report - As is honesty, even where it is not practised. If there be any virtue - And all virtues are contained in justice. If there be any praise - In those things which relate rather to ourselves than to our neighbour. Think on these things - That ye may both practise them yourselves, and recommend them to others.”
There are certain things happening ‘unseen’, but if you are in the Spirit of Love, Trust and Truth; you will not be deceived. Right now, plans are being made for you to reject the Two Witnesses and The Second Exodus and meditating on evil will cloud your vision. Look at the Fruit of the Trees.
In this “Philadelphia Age” brotherly love must be your armour; for everyone’s sake. We must also hold those in Leadership positions accountable with civility. Not to say that some ‘correcting words’ won’t be necessary for change, but this must be done without malice.

I am asking that you forgive and allow these ‘other warriors’ [World Leaders, Educators, Journalist, etc….] to take their stance. For none of us has ‘walked in their shoes’.

It is with much zeal and heartache that I am compelled to enter into this debate for the sake of righteousness, compassion and justice. It is not my desire to disrespect or attack anyone, but attempt to give a greater understanding of the need to Unite in these perilous times. No, I am not just talking about the economy, war, Gitmo, etc., but the Greater Need to Unite in the Common Goal of Humanity for our Very Survival.
For YahWeh “is long-suffering” towards the unrighteous, but for Their Children they “cut the work short”. Will your actions and heart be able to withstand the judgement or separation for the Last Trumpet is about to Sound?! What you do will affect your Eternal Future. Go to the “Light”; whatever you have done being honest and contrite: forgiveness is yours.
And for those who are atheist, agnostics or those who have a different belief system: Just help make this world a better place! Also, many people think the best way to make a new system is to completely demolish the old. Nonsense! The ripple effect of this massive Tidal Wave would destroy many and terribly effect us all. “Ever seen a crack in a wall”? With co-existing pressure, change in climate and concise planned “removal and replacement” the Wall will eventually come a tumblin’ down. Too many want overnight delivery. This is an absurd mindset. UPS! “If you can do a better job, besides criticizing and hindering: then make your case, create affirmative action viable programs or run for office!” For sure….

Soo many people have fear, prejudices, worldly ambitions, pride, jeaously and hate that they ‘cannot see’ the bigger picture. These ‘petty’ arguments, thoughtless debates, journalist commentaries that give fractured truths as intellectual humor, political analyst, etc. are undermining the Peace and Security of All Nations by encouraging; Sensationalism and Divisions for their own personal ambitious agendas.
Note: Many I do appreciate who report with integrity, experience, knowledge, humor and common sense who don’t treat the public like the “Three Amigos in the Wizard of Oz”!
There are soo many people out there who want to make “a name” for themselves or are just simply Sour Republicans or Well-Meaning Extremist that give their “expert” advice on civil rights, small political additions on Bills like guns allowed in National Parks, Mmmmm…..gonna be children there, right?
Most people have no problem with this, as long as the person is otherwise carrying legally. And People must be ’sure’ to be responsible [and not shoot animals without great thought and certain attack! The simple fact is that there ARE dangers in our National Parks - bears, wolves, cougars, and yes, people.
True Story: About thirty years ago a group of Boy Scouts were camping and were accosted by a Motorcycle Gang [please don’t generalize], well when the Scout Leader showed his gun they left. People must report these kind of incidents with proof to ban certain people from all National Parks and some divisions in Obama’s Youth Groups could be especially trained to help in many incidents like this one: Like the Guardian Angels. We must think positive and try different methods. Obama’s Youth Groups offers a choice for the young to help in a positive manner.
Have those who “question” ever done a survey or even looked it up? Oh, just want a ‘good’ news story or haven’t done your research?….ah-huh, gotcha’. Maybee’ some people need to go camping with their children and see what it’s like, “Do unto others….”
Frequently there are reports of hikers/campers being attacked by predators, both four- and two-legged. To deny them the facility to defend themselves borders on criminality. The National Parks are areas of public accommodation; when the government denies individuals the means to defend themselves, it assumes the positive duty to protect those individuals from harm. When those individuals are, in fact, harmed, there has been a failure of that duty, the government is liable, and lawsuits will be the order of the day.
Most visitors to National Parks, simply put, believe it to be good policy.
Experts don’t wait for The President to present the full Package [He’s provided a good outline] they want to influence others [some do have good intents] before the Jury is even in! They make hypothesis and half-truths to create a scenario that is diametrically opposed to what the President is saying. This Fifth Group is not “terrorist suspects” but known Enemies of the USA and is a “Military Matter” [We are at War, remember] should be investigated and results given to the proper government departments AND then to us, Amein! Most of this may not be “totally open” because lives like our agents, people or US may be involved. But, cases will be reviewed and I am sure that the President will make good on “Transparency” when possible.
News Flash: We the People can think for ourselves and see the truth when it is ‘presented’. We also have the ability to speak out when a mistake is made; which is more than we can say for most of those in positions of reporting [who won’t expose it for us to speak out], legal advisors and analyzers. Ahem!, so you want the “admitted or known terrorist” in Group Five to go back to the battlefields? I don’t support killing on either side of this war, but something has to be done to disarm this “ticking bomb” that has been activated by the previous Administration.
Tis’ a sad fact, but true for those who ‘run’ the USA and other Countries have given Nuclear Weapons to Pakistan, Israel, North Korea and who knows who else [besides US]. Hopefully the perpetrators will be prosecuted by the CORRECT Government Department and a peaceful settlement for all. Support in this area for “peace-keeping” troops are a sad reality. They deserve our love, fair wages and moral, honest leaders.
BTW, maybee’ those in leadership positions did not speak out during the Bush Administration, but the Public [which was ignored; sure did!]
Let us ask this of those that “buy fox or wolf tickets”, “Why do you not wait until “common sense” enters your heart before you “put your foot in **it”? Don’t be prudish, **it is dung or a natural waste product! Which I must say many have a great need to wallow or sit in.
We commend those who voted for the closing of Gitmo, Nancy Pelosi, and those of like mind, also our Blessings to Christopher Dodd, Richard Shelby and members of Congress. Also, a Special Thank You to Michigan Attorney General: Mike Cox. 
I was told that, “the Democrats are known for shooting themselves in the foot” and yesterday they proved it. Your fighting, impatience and fears [voting time coming up!] have allied yourselves against your own Commander in Chief [The People] who has proven himself to be a man of wisdom, honesty, capability, dedication, common sense and intelligence; shows your inability to properly reason under pressure.

In Times of War prisoners who are taken captive or convicted can be held until the war is over or release is peacefully negotiated. Ask “Honest John” McCain about Torture and Conduct in Times of War.
President Obama clearly stated that,
The third category of detainees includes those who have been ordered released by the courts. Now, let me repeat what I said earlier: This has nothing to do with my decision to close Guantanamo. It has to do with the rule of law. The courts have spoken. They have found that there’s no legitimate reason to hold 21 of the people currently held at Guantanamo. Nineteen of these findings took place before I was sworn into office. I cannot ignore these rulings because as president, I too am bound by the law. The United States is a nation of laws and so we must abide by these rulings.
The fourth category of cases involves detainees who we have determined can be transferred safely to another country. So far, our review team has approved 50 detainees for transfer. And my administration is in ongoing discussions with a number of other countries about the transfer of detainees to their soil for detention and rehabilitation.
Now, finally, there remains the question of detainees at Guantanamo who cannot be prosecuted yet who pose a clear danger to the American people. And I have to be honest here — this is the toughest single issue that we will face. We’re going to exhaust every avenue that we have to prosecute those at Guantanamo who pose a danger to our country. But even when this process is complete, there may be a number of people who cannot be prosecuted for past crimes, in some cases because evidence may be tainted, but who nonetheless pose a threat to the security of the United States.
Examples of that threat include people who’ve received extensive explosives training at al-Qaida training camps, or commanded Taliban troops in battle, or expressed their allegiance to Osama bin Laden, or otherwise made it clear that they want to kill Americans. These are people who, in effect, remain at war with the United States.
Let me repeat: I am not going to release individuals who endanger the American people. Al-Qaida terrorists and their affiliates are at war with the United States, and those that we capture — like other prisoners of war — must be prevented from attacking us again. Having said that, we must recognize that these detention policies cannot be unbounded. They can’t be based simply on what I or the executive branch decide alone. That’s why my administration has begun to reshape the standards that apply to ensure that they are in line with the rule of law. We must have clear, defensible, and lawful standards for those who fall into this category. We must have fair procedures so that we don’t make mistakes. We must have a thorough process of periodic review, so that any prolonged detention is carefully evaluated and justified.
Do you not understand that to bring this Fifth Group to Court with sources revealed would comprise our Government?! Yes, All should still be given a fair trial to release the innocent and reparations should be made to those found innocent. This is a complex situation, indeed.
I know that creating such a system poses unique challenges. And other countries have grappled with this question; now, so must we. But I want to be very clear that our goal is to construct a legitimate legal framework for the remaining Guantanamo detainees that cannot be transferred. Our goal is not to avoid a legitimate legal framework. In our constitutional system, prolonged detention should not be the decision of any one man. If and when we determine that the United States must hold individuals to keep them from carrying out an act of war, we will do so within a system that involves judicial and congressional oversight. And so, going forward, my administration will work with Congress to develop an appropriate legal regime so that our efforts are consistent with our values and our Constitution.
[Excerpt from Text]–In other words, we went off course. And this is not my assessment alone. It was an assessment that was shared by the American people who nominated candidates for president from both major parties who, despite our many differences, called for a new approach — one that rejected torture and one that recognized the imperative of closing the prison at Guantanamo Bay.
President Obama is saying that rules must be in place according to the American Constitution and International Committees on War Crimes and Behavior during War Time to effectively convict and imprison those who would harm us. Or, they will get off due to violations of these standards that are already in place and alienate us from the The Almighty and the World!
Now, as our efforts to close Guantanamo move forward, I know that the politics in Congress will be difficult. These are issues that are fodder for 30-second commercials. You can almost picture the direct mail pieces that emerge from any vote on this issue — designed to frighten the population. I get it. But if we continue to make decisions within a climate of fear, we will make more mistakes. And if we refuse to deal with these issues today, then I guarantee you that they will be an albatross around our efforts to combat terrorism in the future.
I have confidence that the American people are more interested in doing what is right to protect this country than in political posturing. I am not the only person in this city who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution — so did each and every member of Congress. And together we have a responsibility to enlist our values in the effort to secure our people, and to leave behind the legacy that makes it easier for future presidents to keep this country safe.
Now, let me touch on a second set of issues that relate to security and transparency. National security requires a delicate balance. One the one hand, our democracy depends on transparency. On the other hand, some information must be protected from public disclosure for the sake of our security — for instance, the movement of our troops, our intelligence-gathering, or the information we have about a terrorist organization and its affiliates. In these and other cases, lives are at stake.”
Some of you have placed your careers and egos first; taking leave of your senses! Do you not take the time to really read, hear and think? For the most part the past has greatly clouded your judgments. We can understand this….but, you must stop “straining at gnats and swallowing camels”!
Meaning, “Where were YOU in the previous Administration. Wasn’t yelling so loud then. Cat had your tongue? Or maybee’ scared of the “big bad wolf”? You are fast losing any respect we had for you. Don’t you see that The President, His Administration, and those of like mind are trying to “get you to return to love, respect and justice” for your own-sakes?! Please reconsider…..

Both sides may be sincere in their views, but neither side is right. The American people are not absolutist, and they don’t elect us to impose a rigid ideology on our problems. They know that we need not sacrifice our security for our values, nor sacrifice our values for our security, so long as we approach difficult questions with honesty and care and a dose of common sense. That, after all, is the unique genius of America. That’s the challenge laid down by our Constitution. That has been the source of our strength through the ages. That’s what makes the United States of America different as a nation.
I can stand here today, as president of the United States, and say without exception or equivocation that we do not torture, and that we will vigorously protect our people while forging a strong and durable framework that allows us to fight terrorism while abiding by the rule of law. Make no mistake: If we fail to turn the page on the approach that was taken over the past several years, then I will not be able to say that as president. And if we cannot stand for our core values, then we are not keeping faith with the documents that are enshrined in this hall.
The Framers who drafted the Constitution could not have foreseen the challenges that have unfolded over the last 222 years. But our Constitution has endured through secession and civil rights, through World War and Cold War, because it provides a foundation of principles that can be applied pragmatically; it provides a compass that can help us find our way. It hasn’t always been easy. We are an imperfect people.
Every now and then, there are those who think that America’s safety and success requires us to walk away from the sacred principles enshrined in this building. And we hear such voices today. But over the long haul the American people have resisted that temptation. And though we’ve made our share of mistakes, required some course corrections, ultimately we have held fast to the principles that have been the source of our strength and a beacon to the world.
Now this generation faces a great test in the specter of terrorism. And unlike the Civil War or World War II, we can’t count on a surrender ceremony to bring this journey to an end. Right now, in distant training camps and in crowded cities, there are people plotting to take American lives. That will be the case a year from now, five years from now, and — in all probability — 10 years from now.
Neither I nor anyone can stand here today and say that there will not be another terrorist attack that takes American lives. But I can say with certainty that my administration — along with our extraordinary troops and the patriotic men and women who defend our national security — will do everything in our power to keep the American people safe. And I do know with certainty that we can defeat al-Qaida. Because the terrorists can only succeed if they swell their ranks and alienate America from our allies, and they will never be able to do that if we stay true to who we are, if we forge tough and durable approaches to fighting terrorism that are anchored in our timeless ideals. This must be our common purpose.
Remember, this is The Bush and Cheney legacy. Cheney is only stating the obvious about whether a ‘terrorist attack’ might occur. And where were ‘they’ during 911? They knew ahead of time! You still want to listen to this man? This war would not be if they had not ‘falsified evidence’ causing us to enter into a War that was not necessary; for they had no “weapons of mass destruction”. But, now we must reverse this Countries Image to that for which The Original Native Chiefs, The Founding Fathers, The Constitution, Declaration of Independence and The Bill of Rights define our United National and International Code of Conduct.
For Good People [from all races] of The Americas can be redeemed, We can take back what was stolen from us. Amein? AMEIN!
I ran for president because I believe that we cannot solve the challenges of our time unless we solve them together. We will not be safe if we see national security as a wedge that divides America — it can and must be a cause that unites us as one people and as one nation. We’ve done so before in times that were more perilous than ours. We will do so once again.

Fellow Citizens, I am not wanting in respect for the fathers of this republic. The signers of the Declaration of Independence were brave men. They were great men, too Ñ great enough to give frame to a great age. It does not often happen to a nation to raise, at one time, such a number of truly great men. The point from which I am compelled to view them is not, certainly, the most favorable; and yet I cannot contemplate their great deeds with less than admiration. They were statesmen, patriots and heroes, and for the good they did, and the principles they contended for, I will unite with you to honor their memory….
…Fellow-citizens, pardon me, allow me to ask, why am I called upon to speak here to-day? What have I, or those I represent, to do with your national independence? Are the great principles of political freedom and of natural justice, embodied in that Declaration of Independence, extended to us? and am I, therefore, called upon to bring our humble offering to the national altar, and to confess the benefits and express devout gratitude for the blessings resulting from your independence to us?
Would to God, both for your sakes and ours, that an affirmative answer could be truthfully returned to these questions! Then would my task be light, and my burden easy and delightful. For who is there so cold, that a nation’s sympathy could not warm him? Who so obdurate and dead to the claims of gratitude, that would not thankfully acknowledge such priceless benefits? The far off and almost fabulous Pacific rolls in grandeur at our feet. The Celestial Empire, the mystery of ages, is being solved. The fiat of the Almighty, “Let there be Light,” has not yet spent its force. No abuse, no outrage whether in taste, sport or avarice, can now hide itself from the all-pervading light. The iron shoe, and crippled foot of China must be seen in contrast with nature. Stop Hate Crimes!
A Black man is beaten to death by White teenagers after they assault him with racist slurs. The attackers tell the man’s friends they’ll be next if they and “their kind” don’t leave town. Then, the attackers are cleared of all serious charges by an all-White jury.
We know this type of story all too well given the history of Black folks in this country. This time, the story is about a Latino man–Luis Ramirez–killed because he was a Mexican immigrant. Luis’ murder is part of a growing trend of hate-based violence against Latinos, and most elected officials have been unwilling to even acknowledge it.
ColorOfChange exists to fight for the interests of African-Americans and amplify our political voice. But when we see this kind of hate directed at another group of people, we want to make sure our members have an opportunity stand up against it. Our friends at Presente.org are calling on the governor of Pennsylvania to break his silence, now.

Dearest Family,
After they had beaten Luis Ramirez to death, the white teenagers who attacked him sent an ominous message to Luis’ friends:
Tell your f**king Mexican friends to get the f**k out of Shenandoah or you’ll be f**king laying next to him.1
Just over a week ago, two of Ramirez’s killers were acquitted of all serious charges by an all white jury2, with the jury foreman making it clear that justice for Ramirez had no chance in the small town of Shenandoah, PA:
I believe strongly that some of the people on the jury were racist. I believe strongly that some of the people on the jury had their minds made up maybe before the first day of trial…And I believe the four boys that were involved the most are racist. I absolutely do…3
Thanks to the hard work of MALDEF and others, the Department of Justice is now looking into Ramirez’ death.4
But that’s only part of what’s needed. Where are the leaders in the State of Pennsylvania? Why has the governor had nothing to say? His silence is shameful.
Until our elected leaders speak up, we can expect more stories like Luis’–not just in Shenandoah, but across the country. Governor Rendell owes it to Pennsylvanians and Latinos everywhere to condemn and speak out on what’s happened. Together we can demand that he does. If Luis Ramirez’s death were an isolated event it would be outrageous enough. Sadly, it’s part of a growing trend of racially motivated violence against Latinos, particularly in rural communities. According to the FBI, hate crimes against Latinos rose 35% between 2003 and 2006.5
And as author David Niewert writes, the target of hate crimes goes beyond their immediate victims: “The purpose is to terrorize the target community, to drive them out, eliminate them.”6
That kind of intimidation only works only if the people who are targeted remain silent, and officials in positions of power remain unaccountable. That’s why we need to speak out and let folks across the country know we won’t tolerate hate and violence towards our communities. It starts with demanding that the Governor of Pennsylvania make clear that anti-immigrant hate has no place in Pennsylvania. It’s time for him to show leadership now.

Health Reform Part 2: IMPORTANT!
The chance to finally reform our nation’s health care system is here. While Congress moves rapidly to produce a detailed plan, I have made it clear that real reform must uphold three core principles — it must reduce costs, guarantee choice, and ensure quality care for every American.
As we know, challenging the status quo will not be easy. Its defenders will claim our goals are too big, that we should once again settle for half measures and empty talk. American families are watching their premiums rise four times faster than their wages. Spiraling health care costs are shackling America’s businesses, curtailing job growth and slowing the economy at the worst possible time. This has got to change.
I know personal stories can drive that change, because I know how my mother’s experience continues to drive me. She passed away from ovarian cancer a little over a decade ago. And in the last weeks of her life, when she was coming to grips with her own mortality and showing extraordinary courage just to get through each day, she was spending too much time worrying about whether her health insurance would cover her bills. She deserved better.
